If you are unable to attend the conference for unforeseen reasons after submitting your abstract and/or registration, please send your cancellation to the conference organizers below:

 

• For cancellation of your talk or poster please fill out the form at the Notice Board.

 

• For cancellation of conference participation please inform Mrs. Beatrice Hensel ()

If you have already paid the registration fee at the time of the cancellation we will contact you by e-mail regarding the reimbursement of the fee.

In case of cancellation of the conference participation after 30 August 2019 a cancellation fee of 20, - EUR will be deducted in reimbursement.

For cancellations after 11 October 2019 is no refund possible.

Please note that the refund will granted after the conference earliest mid-October 2018
